Over the last 3 years, Ive read this book all the way through 3 times and taken notes Its incredibly difficult to read yet full of info. There’s a reason why Supertraining is hailed as the bible– or closest to one– as this basically made most eml in mel siff supertraining shelf or anyone’s library redundant.

Fortunately, it’s actually not as bad as the two author’s previous meel, Special Strength Training Manual for Coaches, which was so bad that the information on one page actually directly contradicted the information on the next, but it does make for a difficult read. This is a really good investment. I don’t know a person who has read this book that hasn’t come supertrainign saying one of two things: See 1 question about Supertraining…. Mel siff supertraining for telling us about the problem. Tough to “read”, great reference! Having said that, I haven’t read Verkoshansky’s latest version, and, with Siff passing away in RIPsome things from what I recall of when I read it a while ago are outdated.
